The foods to be prioritized to complement the Oxygénation cure are omega 3 and antioxidants. Omega-3s are necessary to nourish our skin's protective hydrolipidic film and ensure its elasticity. They are easily found in salmon, small oily fish (mackerel, herring, sardines, etc.), vegetable oils (rapeseed, linseed, camelina, borage, etc.) and oilseeds (walnuts, almonds, etc.).
