How do I get delivery?

We deliver to the address of your choice (home, workplace, holiday...) in France but also in Europe and abroad. 

Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, from Monday to Friday. Consequently, please note that no change of delivery address can be made after your order has been placed.

The average time for receiving your order in mainland France is 4 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
When you order on the Internet, you are often in a hurry to receive the product, which is why we do everything possible to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an e-mail informing you of this and giving you the tracking number of your parcel.

Home delivery:
Your parcel is delivered to you personally. If you are not present, the delivery person will leave a notice of passage which will allow you to collect the parcel from the post office to which you are attached. Do not hesitate to have the parcel delivered to the office if you are not at home, or even to a neighbour or friend.

What is the price of So Colissimo delivery?

For all orders under 50 €, the delivery rate is (see table below) by So Colissimo (including processing, packaging, shipping, delivery and tracking of your order).

For all orders over 50 €, your delivery package is offered and includes the processing, packaging, shipping, delivery and tracking of your order.

You do not live in France and would like to have your goods delivered in your country? We offer you the Colissimo Expert International service.
The goods will be delivered to you against a signature. It will take between 4 and 10 days for delivery.

Refunds will be taken into account if the item is returned in conditions suitable for resale, within 14 days of receipt.

How do you return your purchases and get your money back?
To begin with, you need to contact customer service by email or telephone to inform them of your return.
Then, simply return your item in its packaging, enclosing the delivery note you received and circling the items you are returning.

On receipt of the parcel, our quality department will assess the condition of the returned goods. No return will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned product is damaged and/or if the product is rendered unfit for sale. Any returned item must therefore include all its original labels (barcode, composition) and be returned in its original packaging perfectly intact.
If your return is refused, you will be informed by e-mail. This should not happen if you have respected the conditions of return of the goods.
If your return is accepted, you will be automatically reimbursed to the bank account corresponding to the credit card used to pay for the order, within 15 days of receipt of your return by our logistics centre.

The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer.
You are responsible for the cost of return. We will only refund the price of the items invoiced. Unless, of course, the error is attributable to Evoleum, in which case we will also refund the return postage. Please make sure you keep the proof of delivery of your parcel by the Post Office. No refund can be made without the proof of deposit.

Attention: In order for the warehouse to quickly receive your return and validate your refund, your delivery note is essential. Without it, we will not be able to identify the order you placed and therefore refund you.
