"I didn't do any physical activity during the lockdown.
I lack energy. My skin is dull."
- Portrait of a confined beauty expert.
Alyssia D. is the first to speak and tell us about her Parisian confinement.
Formerly a nurse, Alyssia is now a beauty and health consultant. Alongside her job as a beauty coach at Oh My Cream, she enjoys sharing her expertise and encounters with brands and inspiring personalities on Instagram.
With a knee injury, Alyssia had a hard time coping with this confinement without any sporting activity. What a frustration for this young beauty expert, used to practicing yoga, pilates and weight training 2 or 3 times a week. The lack of exercise had an impact on her inner well-being, her digestion and her skin: particularly dull, sensitive and prone to imperfections linked to hormonal imbalance.
A parenthesis at home placed under the sign of re-education, questioning and time for herself. Alyssia took the opportunity to adopt new meditation and breathing rituals to improve her sleep, which is particularly disturbed at this time of year.
Her vision of the aftermath: "Continue to take care of myself. Consume less but better. Make the most of every moment life has to offer, and take action to make my dreams come true!"
Instagram account to remember from the lockdown:"@Holissence for their very interesting lives."
His first post-confinement outing:"Walking without a goal. It's great to be in contact with nature!"

Finally, ginger's antioxidant content protects the body and adds extra flavour.
Designed to be consumed in conjunction with Drinkable Food Supplements Radiance , this beauty infusion will nourish your skin with the radiance it needs.

During the lockdown, Alyssia became aware of the impact of physical activity on her energy and her skin. A realisation that you may also have had during the lockdown. The skin is a reflection of our inner health. The complexion is naturally duller when physical activity is low.
For a serene return to sport, head for the 17th arrondissement of Paris to Esteema prestigious place dedicated to fitness that combines fitness and fitness and spa. In order to offer her body a gentle recovery, Jade recommends to Alyssia the yoga classes at this institute.
Sport activates the blood circulation, oxygenates the tissues and provides extra energy. In order to accompany this return to sport, the consumption of certain foods will promote the skin microcirculation. Vegetables such as crucifers (cabbage, broccoli, ...) and leafy vegetables (

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a molecule naturally present in our bodies. Particularly in the skin, which stores 50% of the human body's total hyaluronic acid, joints and eyes. It plays a key role in maintainingskin hydration and elasticity thanks to its unique ability to retain up to 1,000 times its weight in water. With age, natural hyaluronic acid production declines, leading to dryness, wrinkles and loss of cutaneous volume.
