- Portrait of a young woman used to being in the air rather than on the ground.
This week, Monique, a young flight attendant, tells us her version of the confinement.
This young woman spent her confinement in the Paris suburbs with her cat. A period which was initially apprehensive, and which resulted in some sleep disorders. Finally, Monique managed to tame this time for herself and took advantage of it to read, draw, cultivate herself and improvise a mini urban vegetable garden. After a period of acceptance, boredom. The boredom of being alone and not being in the air anymore. Then, an effervescence quickly found thanks to social networks. The explosion of lives on Instagram motivated Monique to start working out. Yoga, pilates and muscle strengthening classes were the focus of her attention.
Being used to fast food, these few weeks at home gave her the time to cook better. On the agenda: making kefir and kombucha drinks, testing new recipes and discovering new foods like maca and moringa.
Inspired by beauty-oriented lives, with interventions of naturopaths, facialists or experts: this young Parisian took time to take care of her skin. A skin with a few imperfections, sometimes not sufficiently moisturized or protected from oxidative stress, letting her first wrinkles appear.
His vision of the after : "The after, it is envisaged in a continuity and an even stronger belief that external beauty is above all translated by an internal beauty".
His first post-confinement exit:"Walking around Paris in the sunshine, and seeing my family and friends again."

During our discussions, Monique told us about her lack of sleep during confinement, the effects of which were felt on her skin: dullness and the appearance of the first signs of age.
As a complement to an appropriate cosmetic routine, Jade Frucot recommends Monique's 21-day Longévité treatment. Formulated with Marine Collagen and Maqui Bay, this treatment reduces the depth of wrinkles.
To support the effects of this treatment, our R&D expert has created a recipe for Monique for a beauty infusion rich in antioxidants to preserve skin from the passage of time. A beauty drink based oneau de bouleau, blackberry, Maqui berry powder and thyme. eau de bouleau evoleum will drain the body and skin, thanks to its detoxifying properties. Blackberry and thyme nourish the body with antioxidants.

For many of us, just like Monique, this was a special time of the year which disrupted our sleep. To help this young flight attendant get back to a better quality of sleep, Jade recommends the practice of cardiac coherence. How does it work? Better control stress by taking 6 breaths per minute, for 5 minutes, 3 times a day. This meditation method, combined with our Longévité treatment, will enable Monique to sleep better.
On the diet front, to boost the effects of our Longévité skincare product dedicated to youthful-looking skin, we strongly recommend consuming cruciferous vegetables and ingredients rich in antioxidants and Omega 3.
Finally, our skin nutrition expert recommends a treatment at the Gemology SPA. To complete this in & out routine, the preventive anti-ageing treatment at the SPA Gemology is ideal. This exceptional SPA uses mineral cosmetics made from precious and semi-precious stones.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a molecule naturally present in our bodies. Particularly in the skin, which stores 50% of the human body's total hyaluronic acid, joints and eyes. It plays a key role in maintainingskin hydration and elasticity thanks to its unique ability to retain up to 1,000 times its weight in water. With age, natural hyaluronic acid production declines, leading to dryness, wrinkles and loss of cutaneous volume.
